How to Order

We accept payment through major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as through Paypal.

1) Click "Add to Cart" on the product page. Click on the shopping cart icon to checkout.
2) If you want to continue shopping, click "continue shopping." Otherwise, click "Proceed to Checkout" to go through our easy checkout system.
3) Choose to checkout as guest or register to enjoy future conveniences (fast checkout and easy access to order history, and a personal wish list).
4) Enter your billing and shipping information.
5) Select a shipping method.
6) Enter your payment information.

You should receive a confirmation email once your order reaches us.

Taxes, Customs and Duties

As we are located in California, we are required to charge a sales tax for purchases made by California residents. Otherwise, we do not charge tax on out of state purchases.

Please note that our charges do not cover customs or duties charged on international orders. Please refer to your country's customs policies.

We do apologize for any out of stock items you may wish to purchase. Our products are carefully handcrafted using unique materials and they take time to create. Because some of the materials used are unique and difficult to replace, we may be unable to restock some items.

Packaging

We provide free gift boxes on all orders. Orders are either placed in our decadent shiny black gift boxes, elegant matte black gift boxes (made of 100% recycled paper), or classy black velvet drawstring pouches. All customers will receive an Wishgiving bookmark with an inspirational quote. Anti-tarnish tabs will be included when necessary.

To have the order sent to the gift recipient, please specificy in the comments section that this is a gift, and change the shipping address in the checkout process. Aside from the complimentary gift packaging, we will include a gift receipt for the recipient.

Note: Our packaging is either capable of being reused, or made from recycled materials to lessen the impact on the environment. Our gift boxes are versatile and useful, and we encourage you to reuse them whenever possible.

Most items can be processed within 48 hours from the purchase date. Please allow more time (up to 1 week) for larger orders, high volume of orders, or complex pieces (our products are individually handcrafted, and some may take longer to create). If the item is a gift, please contact us, and we will do our best to rush your order.

To purchase out-of-stock items, please contact us. We will notify you once the item is in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, Wishgiving offers a 30-day return and exchange policy provided that jewelry items are returned new, unworn and in its original packaging. Return and exchange items must be received within 30 days upon the shipment date of your purchase.

Upon receiving return items, we will evaluate items and packaging for signs of wear, alterations, or damage. Please note that items and packaging showing signs of wear or those that have altered, customized, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sale items are final sale, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

(1) Please email returns@wishgiving.com with the reason for return, and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not process returns without a RMA number.

(2) Package your unworn item with its original packaging and materials. Include all promotional items. Please note that we will not process returns unless we receive all materials.

Repairs

We stand by our products and take extensive means to ensure that you may enjoy our jewelry for years to come.

One-Year Free Repairs
We stand by the quality of our items, and are happy to offer repairs free of charge for items owned for less than one year from date of purchase. Items owned for more than one year will be charged $25 plus the cost of materials and shipping. Please remember to treat wear your jewelry with care: keep it away from water, and take it off before you partake in physical activity, such as sports. Please note that the free repair policy does not apply to adjustments (i.e. changing the length of a necklace), or customer's errors when ordering. In these instances, charges will incur.

Please note, however, that many gemstones are of limited stock and damaged/broken gemstones cannot be replaced. Similarly, materials used in limited-edition pieces may also be irreplaceable. Please remember to treat your jewelry with care to ensure that precious materials be secured.

Repairs Procedure

(1) Please email repairs@wishgiving.com with the reason for repair, and invoice # to receive a Repair Number. Please note that we will not accept items for repair without a Repair Number.

(2) Package your items in a sturdy box to prevent further damage to your jewelry. A good solution is to use the box provided at the time of purchase.

(3) Include a copy of the invoice, Repair Number, and reason for repair in the shipment.

Other Help

Custom Designs and Adjustments

We love to hear from our customers and enjoy learning about ideas and new inspirations, however, at this time, we cannot take on requests for custom designs. Each one of our jewelry designs is thoughtfully created with practical and physical concerns. Moreover, each piece is designed with gemstone energies and symbols in mind so that it will benefit its wearer.

We understand that everyone has individual styles and tastes, so we do our best to offer a wide variety of different pieces, with variations on stones and style. We recommend that you take note of the measurements of each piece noted on the website to see if the piece is suitable for you.

Adjustments:
If you are looking for a different length, or size on a specific piece, please e-mail us at info@wishgiving.com with your specifications and we will reply as soon as possible with a quote. We do our best to keep our adjustment costs low to make this option affordable.

Before requesting an adjusted size, we recommend that you use a piece of string or measuring tape to find the most suitable length or size.

We would love to help all of our customers, however, there are some situations where adjustments may not be possible. Please note that adjusted pieces are considered customized jewelry, and are therefore final-sale items and not eligible for refunds.

Jewelry Care

We take great care in handcrafting each piece so that they may be of the highest quality. Keep your jewelry away from water (take it off during baths or showers, or when swimming). Take off your jewelry when you partake in a physical activity, such as sports.

Silver and gold naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture and other chemicals. We recommend that you store pieces containing silver or gold in air-tight containers or bags. Polishing cloths can bring the shine back to many pieces.

To care for stones, avoid storing jewelry and accessories under direct sunlight or bright lights to avoid fading. Avoid cleaning gemstones with polishing cloths or other cleaning chemicals as some are made specifically for precious metals. While getting ready, put on all make-up, hair products, and perfume before wearing your jewelry.
