Due to the handmade nature of the products, please allow 1-2 weeks to process our order. To purchase out-of-stock items, please contact us. We will notify you once the item is in stock.

Free shipping applies to domestic orders over $100.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need to rush delivery for a special occasion, please select the suitable shipping method.

INSURANCE OPTIONS
Insurance coverage is optional, but recommended when selecting shipping options. All pieces are packaged with great care and delivered to USPS to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Please contact USPS if an item has been lost or damaged in transit, as Wishgiving cannot be held liable for purchases after they leave our studio.

HOW TO ORDER

We accept payment through credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as through PayPal.

Please click the "Purchase" button to add the desired product to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place the order, click "shopping cart" at the top right hand corner to checkout.

PAY WITH CREDIT CARD:
Click on the Shopping Cart link, and click "Checkout" (with an icon of a shopping cart). If you are a new customer, please click "Sign Up" to create an account. This account allows added conveniences such as a Wish List, the ability to track your orders, and member exclusives and discounts. If you are a returning customer, please enter your email address and password to continue with checkout. Select "Credit Card" as your payment option during checkout.

PAY WITH PAYPAL:
Click on the Shopping Cart link, and click "Check out with PayPal". You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal. Or, you may also pay with PayPal by signing into your Wishgiving account and selecting PayPal as a payment option during checkout.

You are also welcome to download our order form, and either email or fax your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, Wishgiving offers a 14-day return and exchange policy provided that jewelry items are returned new, unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Within 14 days upon the shipment of your purchase, return items must be received.

Upon receiving return items, we will evaluate items and packaging for signs of wear, alterations, or damage. Please note that items and packaging showing signs of wear or those that have altered, customized, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sale items are final sale, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

- To receive a refund, you must contact us at returns@wishgiving.com within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, and within the 14-day period, return items will only be accepted for store-credit or exchange.

- Please email returns@wishgiving.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason for return, and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not process returns without a RMA number.

- Package your unworn item with its original packaging and materials. Include all promotional items. Please note that we will not process returns unless we receive all materials.

- Package your items in a sturdy box. Please note that we will not process improperly packaged items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for other items in our catalog.

REPAIRS

We stand by our products and take extensive means to ensure that you may enjoy our jewelry for years to come. We will happily repair items in need of repair due to natural wear and tear for free. If damaged items are in need of a repair charge, we do our best to keep our charges low. Please note, however, that many gemstones are of limited stock and damaged/broken gemstones cannot be replaced. Similarly, materials used in limited-edition pieces may also be irreplaceable. Please remember to treat your jewelry with care to ensure that precious materials be secured.

REPAIRS PROCEDURE

- Please email repairs[at]wishgiving.com (replace [at] with @)with the reason for repair to receive a Repair Number. Please note that we will not accept items for repair without a Repair Number.

- Package your items in a sturdy box. We will not accept improperly package items.

- Include the invoice, Repair Number, and reason for repair.

- Items owned for less than one year in need of repair due to natural wear and tear will be repaired free of charge. Items owned for more than one year will be subject to a repair charge.

- Please note that the repair charge does not include substitute parts, adjustments or shipping fees.

TAXES

As we are located in California, we are required to charge a sales tax for purchases made by California residents. Otherwise, we do not charge tax on out of state purchases.

PACKAGING

We provide free gift wrapping on all orders. Orders are either placed in our decadent black faux-suede gift boxes, elegant matte black gift boxes (made of 100% recycled paper), or classy black velvet drawstring pouches. All customers will receive an Wishgiving bookmark with an inspirational quote. Anti-tarnish tabs will be included when necessary.

To have the order sent to the gift recipient, please specificy in the comments section that this is a gift, and change the shipping address in step 1 of the checkout process. Aside from the complimentary gift packaging, we will include a gift receipt for the recipient.

Note: Our packaging is either capable of being reused, or made from recycled materials to lessen the impact on the environment. Our gift boxes are versatile and useful, and we encourage you to reuse them whenever possible.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACKORDERS

We do apologize for any out of stock items you may wish to purchase. Our products are carefully handcrafted using unique materials and they take time to create. Because some of the materials used are unique and difficult to replace, we may be unable to restock some items.

To find out if a product you are interested may be back in stock, please click "Request Restock Notice" on the product page of the sold-out item to be informed of when the item will be restocked.

JEWELRY CARE

We take great care in handcrafting each piece so that they may be of the highest quality. Silver and gold naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture and other chemicals. We recommend that you store pieces containing silver or gold in air-tight containers or bags. A perfect solution would be to keep your jewelry in a container with the anti-tarnish tab (found under the cotton in the jewelry box) provided in the original packaging to keep your jewelry from tarnishing. Polishing cloths can bring the shine back to many pieces.

To care for stones, avoid storing jewelry and accessories under direct sunlight or bright lights to avoid fading. Avoid cleaning gemstones with polishing cloths or other cleaning chemicals as some are made specifically for precious metals. While getting ready, put on all make-up, hair products, and perfume before wearing your jewelry.

CUSTOM DESIGNS & ADJUSTMENTS

We love to hear from our customers and enjoy hearing ideas and new inspirations, however, we cannot take on requests for custom designs. Each one of our jewelry designs is thoughtfully created with practical and physical concerns. Moreover, each piece is designed with gemstone energies and symbols in mind.

We understand that everyone has individual styles and tastes, so we do our best to offer a wide variety of different pieces, with variations on stones and style. We recommend that you take note of the measurements of each piece noted on the website to see if the piece is suitable for you.

ADJUSTMENTS:
If you are looking for a different length, or size on a specific piece, please e-mail us at info@wishgiving.com with your specifications and we will reply as soon as possible with a quote. We do our best to keep our adjustment costs low to make this option affordable.

Before requesting an adjusted size, we recommend that you use a piece of string or measuring tape to find the most suitable length or size.

We would love to help all of our customers, however, there are some situations where adjustments may not be possible. Please note that adjusted pieces are considered customized jewelry, and are therefore final-sale items.
